Fees
Payments in the form of cash or check are due at the time of each appointment. Your appointment is especially reserved for you. If you find that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, contact the office at least 24 hours in advance. A late cancellation or a failure to show for a scheduled appointment is subject to a late fee.
